My Story

Ben has spent almost 35 years working for and with agencies of all sizes. He has served as a Managing Director in an international network agency as well as held board roles with smaller and specialist agencies. During that time Ben has coached numerous individuals both formally and informally.

As a PR practitioner, Ben understands the power of narrative, and the importance of having a credible, compelling and differentiated story to tell. He brings this insight to leadership coaching by helping people discover, hone and commit to their own individual leadership stories. Ben blends this approach with respected leadership coaching theories as taught to internationally recognised standards.

Ben lives in Surrey with his wife and two daughters.
