For Agencies

We work with you to create bespoke programmes for individuals or groups of senior agency personnel. Every initiative is different, but all focus on helping individuals to transition into or expand leadership roles, bolstering their own vision and purpose in ways that align with agency goals.

For Individuals

We also work directly with individuals who want to invest in their own leadership development (potentially using learning and development funding from their organisation). An initial session establishes ‘fit’ between coach and the individual and sets key objectives.

Engagements typically consist of eight to ten one-to-one coaching sessions held over a period of three to six months. Specific objectives, goals, and success criteria are all agreed with all relevant parties in advance.
